Phil Friedman founded Computer Generated Solutions, Inc. (GGS) and led the company as President & CEO for more than four decades. In those years, the IT solutions firm diversified and grew into an enterprise that employed more than 8,000 people and served customers in 48 countries.
Phil now serves as the Executive Chairman of CGS, going to market as BlueCherry. He is also the Executive Chairman of independent CGS companies—CGS Immersive and CGS Nexus—operating in enterprise learning and business process outsourcing, respectively. Born in the former Soviet Union, Phil Friedman immigrated to New York after 12 years in the electronics industry. With degrees in Engineering, Economics, and Finance, and further U.S. studies in Information Systems, he launched CGS in 1984. Under his leadership, CGS earned accolades from Inc. Magazine, Deloitte, Crain’s, and Ernst & Young who named him Entrepreneur of the Year. Phil was also awarded the Ellis Island Medal of Honor and an honorary doctorate from Yeshiva University.

Paul Magel

Paul Magel is President of Computer-Generated Solutions, Inc. He joined the company in 1997 and brings deep technology, supply chain, and fashion industry expertise.
Under Paul’s leadership, CGS earned a reputation for the BlueCherry® Enterprise Suite as the industry leader for supply chain solutions for fashion and consumer lifestyle companies. Under his stewardship of the company’s global tech operations and development centers in Europe and India, BlueCherry evolved into a full end-to-end supply chain solution. Paul has also built BlueCherry into a robust global brand with clients in all four regions. He brings decades of experience from IBM, Information Builders, and Comtex Systems. He holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in Marketing.

Danijela Ceh

Danijela Ceh is Vice President of Finance for Computer Generated Solutions, Inc., overseeing FP&A, strategic planning, and internal audit.
With over 12 years of experience in audit, corporate finance, and M&A advisory, Danijela leads financial planning and analysis, strategic initiatives, and internal audit for the company. Prior to CGS, she held leadership roles in FP&A, strategic planning, and internal audit at National Grid, one of the largest utility companies in Europe. She also worked at KPMG, gaining expertise in public accounting and M&A advisory. Danijela is a licensed chartered accountant and a key member of CGS’s leadership team.

Neil Dorman

Neil Dorman, VP of Development and Support, joined CGS in 2002 as an intern and now leads the ASD development and support teams, driving innovation and service excellence.
Neil began his CGS journey as an intern in 2002, advancing through roles in hardware support, defect resolution, and feature development. Today, as VP of Development and Support, he oversees the ASD development and support organization. He leads the team responsible for delivering new features to BlueCherry platforms and managing help desk operations. Neil’s deep technical expertise and strategic vision ensure high performance, innovation, and a seamless user experience across the BlueCherry Enterprise Suite and other software solutions.

Jim Falino

Jim Falino, a CGS leader since 2001, brings 30+ years in software, customer service, and management with full P&L responsibility across ERP and supply chain systems.
Jim oversees development and support for BlueCherry ERP, tailored to the consumer goods sector. He leads cross-functional teams spanning design, EDI, QA, R&D, and support. Jim played a pivotal role in launching the flagship ERP platform, which has served a 400-member division for 25 years. His strategic focus on innovation and offshore development led to a 55% labor cost reduction while boosting operational efficiency and capabilities.

Russ is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in professional services, tech infrastructure, and business development. He’s led large-scale transformations, driving growth and efficiency while mentoring high-performing teams. Russ has spearheaded successful cloud migration initiatives, helping organizations modernize with agility and minimal disruption. His leadership fosters innovation and continuous improvement, enabling IT teams to thrive in complex environments.

Molly Rammel-Puckett leads PMO & Consulting at CGS, driving business transformation, tech implementation, and operational excellence for clients across industries.
As VP of PMO & Consulting at CGS, Molly Rammel-Puckett delivers strategic initiatives and guides clients through complex transformations and technology rollouts. Her leadership has streamlined operations and maximized client impact. Previously, she spent nearly 11 years at Ellery Homestyles, LLC, rising to VP of Demand Management & Operations. She led PLM, Demand Planning, and Warehouse system rollouts, created new revenue streams, and drove major growth and cost savings. Molly holds a BS from Kent State, a FIT business certificate, and PMP certification.

With over 35 years in the fashion industry, she brings deep expertise in solution design, product management, and professional services. Prior to CGS, she held senior roles at various software companies, driving end-to-end solutions for major brands. Deborah holds a degree in Economics from Florida International University.

Jason has held key leadership roles in operations and IT, bringing deep expertise in delivering tailored, future-focused solutions. His work continues to shape CGS’s innovation and customer success.

With over 20 years in global IT, Jithu oversees growth, client acquisition, and delivery excellence at CGS India. Since being promoted to SVP in 2020, he’s strengthened the company's presence across the Indian subcontinent while shaping its human capital strategy. Prior to CGS, he held leadership roles at Mindteck and DCM Group (India/USA), managing complex, multi-site software services projects for clients in manufacturing, healthcare, and tech. Jithu holds a Master’s in Applied Sciences and brings strategic vision to every initiative.

With over 16 years in enterprise software—including 15+ at Sage and 4 at Coats Digital—he specializes in ERP, fashion tech, and digital transformation. Wesley drives customer acquisition and revenue growth, focusing on AI, IoT, and automation to enhance supply chain efficiency. His deep industry knowledge and forward-thinking approach are instrumental in expanding CGS’s market presence and strengthening client relationships.

Since joining CGS, she has focused on driving growth and efficiency for Canadian clients. Her leadership leverages BlueCherry® to optimize end-to-end operations, improve agility, and boost responsiveness to shifting market demands.

Fred drives BlueCherry’s strategic growth with his oversight of manufacturing solutions, channels, and key accounts. With 40+ years in the Apparel, Footwear & Fashion industry—and 35 of those in supply chain software—he brings deep expertise and leadership. He’s held senior roles at New Generation Computing, American Software, and Logility. A University of Michigan graduate, Fred is known for guiding brands through complex industry challenges with a customer-first mindset.

Tony Mather leads CGS UK as EMEA Country Manager, leveraging decades of software experience to support customers and drive strategic growth across the region.
Tony has played a key role in expanding CGS’s EMEA presence. With deep expertise in ERP and enterprise software, he supports a strong customer base and drives regional growth. Tony previously founded a UK ERP distribution company, leading hundreds of implementations for apparel clients and representing MBI International, Aria Systems, and Visual 2000 International. He holds a BA in French from London University and retrained as a Cobol programmer in the 1980s.

Brian O’Connor is VP of Customer Acquisition & Growth Strategy at CGS, where he leads revenue-driving teams across BlueCherry’s software, cloud, and consulting services.
With 30+ years of experience in apparel and enterprise software, Brian O’Connor leads BlueCherry’s customer acquisition and growth strategy. He manages a high-performing team focused on expanding market share and enhancing engagement across software, cloud, and consulting. Brian began his career at Starter Corporation, managing major league events, and later led a global SAP AFS implementation. He holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts.
